Two Indiana families decided to make a local difference and poured their hearts, souls, minds, sweat and savings into the effort...

The result was our extended season farm, LIFE.  We work hard to provide  healthy, sustainably grown, organic produce  as high quality alternatives to food trucked in from far away. 

In 2006, our families came together to form LIFE.  We believe in local agriculture and all the important benefits it brings to our community.  We also believe in growing organically and have undertaken the rigorous steps it takes to be certified.    Being Local and Certified Organic, you can be sure that LIFE food is very healthy and environmentally friendly.

LOCAL

Our two family farm is located north of Bloomington IN in neighboring Morgan County.  A bit west of Bradford Woods.  We are dedicated to providing healthy and delicious food for the folks of Indiana.  And when food only travels a short distance after being freshly picked, you will be sure to taste and feel the local difference!

CERTIFIED ORGANIC

We believe in growing and living with the land in a way that respects the earth and produces the healthiest possible food.  And we wanted those that eat our food to be assured that we are holding to those standards.  Our farm meets the rigorous standards inspected by Indiana Certified Organic and the USDA.  When you see produce from LIFE, you can trust that we are delivering on our organic promise.
